The plugs you need are:
Crank senor 3 pin (I forget the name of it as im on a different one)
3 pin throttle connector
DIS 4 pin plug (I forget the name of it as im on a different one)
4 * junior timer connectors for the injectors
2 * junior timer connectors for the water and inlet temp
spade connector for the dash water temp

the junior timer ones are here, and you should be able to spot the other ones if you look at the plugs and what you have at the moment:
http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/connectors/housings.php
item number 192147 (dont forget you need the pins and seals too)

pretty sure the tps one is 192148

Cam sensor you dont actually need, but can run if you want to future proof it, so I would do so

Yes getting m tech v4 mate, it's £495+vat for the loom ecu and 1hour on the rollers and from what I have heard it's good stuff

and gonna have ago at making the loom myself with help from my old man

I got the prices from the chap for new plugs and it £35 with vat but that for my tv set up don't know if you need anything else for the turbo,I also need a tps but he told me to go for a ford escort or rover k series one as the rs components one is nor very durable

I will post up part numbers when I get them
if that helps

cheers
