evo8 tdo5hr turbo, std p4 bottom end ie std block with oil squirters, steel rods and "low comp" i've done it by a fat head gasket on this build. next build probably std gasket low comp pistons.
p4 runs 1.8 over and 1.6held which is what mind does yes |

Me and my friends black and decker did the squirters, they're just 1.7td ones, they have a fairly large hole in them but they seem to do the job, i run a thick race oil anyway.
yes its a mitsubishi EVO8 turbo, model TD05HR, its on an EVO manifold on a let head flange.. runs internal wastegate so just on an actuator.. |

flange can be bought on ebay, i cut mine off a redtop downpipe though.
not sure i have any pics. you just drill through the mains (and the shell in the same place)... there is a how to guide on here somewhere.. search the usefull links thread in technical.. i can't think if there are pictures showing the angles or not. that was done by grinding the block rather than drilling the shell. |

i have the 4 injector phs4 on mine, with vxr injectors i ran 4bar fp on 2bar boost. think they were close to maxing out. since changing to msd's i now run 2.5bar and fuelling is good. if i run over 3 bar it hesistates/misses @4000rpm. must be dumping alot of fuel in! if you do buy msd's get them from the states as said.there all over ebay! _________________ IF IT'S GOT TITS OR WHEELS IT WILL GIVE YOU PROBLEMS!!!!!!! |

also think the angle for squirters is 7 and 13 degrees iirc. easy money on a milling machine. best way impo is to put a peice of bar in the chuck and use it for a guide to the tops of the bores obviously you need to think about were it will be when the chuck is posistioned over the bearing cap and compensate to suit ( the bar wont be central when mocking it up, it will be x distance to the side of the bore as when you move the bed the posistion will change)
there are 2 angles so the squirters point to the front of the pistons were they are hotest, watch out for the trigger wheel on the crank also on no.1 . may be a few pics of it somewhere in my progress thread if you wona look. spread out all over it tho as i never do a full job in 1 sitting lol _________________ IF IT'S GOT TITS OR WHEELS IT WILL GIVE YOU PROBLEMS!!!!!!! |

so i remove 440cc and use let injectors @4,5 bar fuel pressure
now i am happy
my car never cuts and goes well i am running at 15 psi cont 20psi overboost
11,3 and 11,5 is very good for phase 3 let |

we buy phase 4 chips from france seller on ebay
on map sensor there are 3 pins
one is +
one is -
and the other is signal 0-5v
m2,7 map sensor is 200 kpa
if you want to change it buy 300 kpa sensor
firstly on motronic 2,7 cut map sensor pin2(signal pin) and wired it to 3 bar map sensor signal it works perfect
on this picture you can see
1.
2.signal pin
3.
i cant remember 1 and 3 but one is - and the other is 12v
