Need to store one of my cars either locally or quite close in one of the places. Don't mind sharing a double and paying half the rent if anyone has that also.

if its not far over the border into kent (from essex) then I'd consider jumping in Big Grin

although massively inconvinent for small work, bigger jobs can be done with ease

i'm in croydon, but anywhere in south london is cool. upto 200 a month is fine for rent if theres 3 or 4 of us that should get a shit hot workshop tbh Thumbs Up
